At present, Jinzhide punch feeder factory research and Development Center has 28 research and development personnel, including 8 experts, 13 engineers, with strong scientific and technological research and development capabilities. July 2004: Research and development production speed up to 1200 times per minute feed feeder (gs-906n series), 500 times per minute feeding machine cam-driven feeder (GCF series);
September 2005: Research and development of the production of high-speed NC servo feeder (NCF series per minute feed times reached 600), one-piece NC servo feeder (NCF-Y series);
December 2006: Research and development of high-speed precision correction machine (GJ10 series), new high-speed folder feeder (NRG-80 series feeding speed of 1400 times per minute;
July 2007: Research and development of the production of material racks, leveling, feeding in one of the triple-Feeding Machine (NCSF5 series, NCSF6 series, NCSF8 series);
August 2008: Research and development of the production of wide-plate type of triple-feeding Machine (ncsf8-1300);
August 2009: Research and development of the production of the full-wheel-driven whole-drive triple-Feeding Machine (Ncsf8-f series);
July 2010: Research and development production for thick plate high tension type of triple feeder (NCSF8-GF series);
September 2011: Research and development of the production of feeding thickness of up to 9.0mm triple feeder (NCSF9 series), the thickness of the 12.0mm triple-Feeding Machine (NCSF10 series);
October 2013: Research and development of the production of wide-plate high-speed blanking line, NCSF8-1800GF, speed can reach 40/min.
