Press Malfunction Detector FEATURES:
●Press Malfunction Detector is designed to detect the working environment of the press dies. Its function include material mistrans mission, product pass-through, position confirmation, squeeze type molded packing, end edge of material and Air-gap rising. Hence it can be applied to protect dies and mechanism, and eliminate defects during producing.
●Non-Contact Checking Methode:
Limit Switch Used to do discharge and synchronization check.
The chart showes the relation between the output signal time and the angle.
●SD-101 inspects the processing by utilization of sensor input connected to SD-101 and the detection-timing signal which synchronizes with the operation of the press machine. When the malfunction is detected, a stop signal is output to the press machine.
